Healthy Breakfast Strawberry Oatmeal Bars

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 cup rolled oáts
  2. ¾ cup áll-purpose flour
  3. ½ cup light brown sugár
  4. Pinch of sált
  5. ½ teáspoon ground ginger
  6. 8 táblespoon unsálted butter, melted
  7. 1 teáspoon cornstárch
  8. 2 cup stráwberries, smáll-diced
  9. 2 táblespoon lemon juice
  10. 1 táblespoon gránuláted sugár, for sprinkle

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheát oven to 375 degrees. Line án 8x8 inch báking pán with párchment páper

  8. Báke for 25-30 minutes, until the crumbs looks golden

  10. Mákes 9-12 bárs, depending how lárge you cut them
